This is a hybrid position where you will work 8x a month in the office (Salt Lake City or Ogden). You can be part of a unique culture, a place that teamwork is encouraged, and hard work is rewarded. We're looking for a strong Leader who can support and implement team strategy to enhance growth and opportunity. JOB DESCRIPTION:Act as ultimate "lead" in audit processHold ultimate responsibility for all client reportingServe as lead contact for client requestsMonitor and create fund/account efficiencies and ensure implementation of improvementsDirect client and consultant interactionOrganize team meetingsManage and mentor a teamHelp advise on performance review ratings/team performanceDemonstrate proficiency in analyzing in company databases, IRR's and returns and discussing resultsAnalyze incentive fee calculationsParticipate in industry learning opportunitiesEnsure fund/account compliance with client agreement(s)Ability to communicate analysis and information to team, group and clientsAdvise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecastsShow an in-depth understanding of investments within assigned Fund(s)Broaden market knowledgeExhibit ability to perform multiple projects, navigate through unexpected challenges, and bring about viable solutions that provide the best results EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PROFILE:Bachelor's degree in accounting (or related field)5+ years of professional experienceIn-depth understanding of investments within assigned fund(s)Broad market knowledgeAccounting and Private Equity experienceInvestran or similar accounting platform experience a plusStrong communication and analytical skillsAbility to perform multiple projects, navigate through unexpected challenges, and bring about viable solutions that provide the best results WHAT WE OFFER: We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
