Who We’re Looking For360 is seeking a National Sales Manager who is excited to hit the ground running in our rapidly growing business. You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts (accounts like Walmart, Sam’s Club, The Container Store, etc.) and prospecting new key accounts. You’ll actively work with marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure we bring the most creative and relevant solutions to our customers and deliver on time. Key strengths include strategic thinking, organized, strong relationship skills, a sense of urgency, ability to multitask, presentation skills, excellent negotiator, analytics and team player. Core Job FunctionsEffectively manage and grow profitable revenue across all accountsProspect new key accountsAct as liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met How You’ll Accomplish Core Job FunctionsDevelop strong product knowledge and understand product features and benefitsNegotiate contracts to meet/exceed revenue and profitability goalsCreate and execute strategy by account – merchandising, promotions, line reviews, end of lifeProvide revenue forecasting by account used to inform the P&LWork closely with Operations team on customer sell through, forecast, and on-hand inventoryPrepare weekly recaps on account updates tracking towards revenue and profitability targetsManage all content and pricing for accountsStay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase revenueDo things right the first time to avoid chargebacks, markdowns and returns Collect and analyze sales data and trendsProvide regular communication to other teammates about sales and new product opportunities as well as potential issues or problems Know market trends, competition, products and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all other team members as necessary
Key QualificationsBachelor’s degreeQuantifiable record of success working with major retailers. Examples include, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Staples, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Target, QVC, InMotion, etc. Strong verbal and written communicatorThe ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging expertise and resources within our organizationCreative mindset Team playerMust be willing to travel both domestically and internationally (20-30% or more as needed)
