- Coordinate payroll-related inputs and follow-ups in partnership with our payroll BPO provider, using SuccessFactors as the HCM system and UKG for payroll.
- Provide general benefits support to employees and managers, escalating technical or plan-specific questions to the appropriate BPO provider, broker, carrier, or vendor.
- Support leave administration, employee data accuracy, audits, HR communications, and process improvements.
- Partner with managers to promote a consistent, positive, and compliant employee experience across the U.S. and Canada.
Qualifications

- Experience supporting employees in the U.S.; Canada HR exposure is preferred.
- General understanding of employment compliance, employee relations, leave administration, payroll coordination, and benefits processes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG preferred.
- Experience working with BPO providers, payroll vendors, benefits brokers, carriers, or HR service providers preferred.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, follow-through, and communication skills.

- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or multi-site environments.
