As Senior Manager, you will lead Finance and Outsourced Accounting engagements for not-for-profit clients, guiding monthly closes, analysis, and advisory work. You'll manage client relationships, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables within budget, and mentor the team. Your work supports practice growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. • Lead client engagements from planning to delivery, including monthly close and consulting projects
• Act as primary client contact, fostering trusted advisor relationships and ensuring quality within budget
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management and committees
• Oversee invoicing processes and coordinate collections
• Mentor and develop team members and support resource planning
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve service delivery
• Ensure engagements comply with firm methodologies and monitor performance metrics
• Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives and client expansion opportunities

• CPA designation
• Bachelor in Accounting
• 8+ years in accounting and finance with strong not-for-profit experience
• Experience leading client engagements and managing teams in professional services
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with financial management systems
