Securitas is hiring a Captain to lead daily security operations at client sites. In this role, you will supervise security officers, coordinate posts and patrols, and ensure consistent protection of people, property, and assets. You will respond to incidents and emergencies, complete detailed reports, and enforce client and Securitas policies. The Captain serves as the primary on-site contact for clients, promoting a professional, customer-focused security presence. Securitas provides training, clear advancement paths, and opportunities to grow into higher-level supervisory and specialist roles. Lead and supervise security officers at assigned client site Coordinate daily post assignments, patrols, and access control Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; complete clear reports Ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas policies Train, coach, and mentor officers on safety and security protocols Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and visitors Conduct inspections, risk observations, and security audits Support incident investigations and evidence preservation Maintain logs, reports, and documentation in required systems Promote a professional, customer-service focused security presence Security operations management Incident response and reporting Access control systems Patrol and surveillance procedures Emergency preparedness and EHS basics Report writing and documentation Staff supervision and scheduling Customer service in security settings Conflict de-escalation techniques Radio and security communication protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security officer/guard license as required First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred Supervisory or leadership training in security a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as required5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
