We’re looking for an experienced Senior Low Voltage Switchgear Technician to join a growing team delivering critical power and energy solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centers and industrial facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys solving complex electrical challenges, and wants to play a key role in ensuring reliability, safety, and operational excellence. Support electrical commissioning projects across the Americas. Work with critical electrical systems, including low-voltage switchgear, Remote Power Panels (RPPs), and Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Support installation verification, equipment start-up, commissioning, and Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT). Collaborate with clients, commissioning agents, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects. Troubleshoot electrical and control circuit issues, interpret wiring diagrams and ladder logic, and support industrial communication systems. Manage technical documentation, commissioning reports, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Help drive continuous improvement, enhance equipment performance, and promote safe working practices. Requirements 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent training in electrical systems, switchgear, or critical power environments. Strong knowledge of electrical theory, control circuits, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic. Hands-on experience with switchgear, RPPs, PDUs, and electrical commissioning. Understanding of electrical safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. Familiarity with Modbus TCP/RTU, Industrial Ethernet, and technical documentation tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
