Full-Time General Dentist - Fort Eustis, VA (Military Base)

We are hiring a Full-Time General Dentist for a busy and well-supported clinic at Fort Eustis.

Position Highlights:

• Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Team-focused environment with daily morning huddles

Compensation:

• $850 $1,000 per day OR 32% of adjusted production (first 90 days)

• Transition to production-only compensation after 90 days

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong general dentistry skillset

• Experience with molar endodontics preferred

• Surgical extractions including third molars

• Invisalign and implant placement a plus
