Sentara Health is seeking a neurohospitalist to join its expanding neurology division in Virginia Beach. The role includes a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule, supported by advanced practice clinicians, and no acute stroke alert responsibility. The practice offers access to a comprehensive neurology program and opportunities for teaching and academic appointments. Provide inpatient neurological evaluation and care for hospitalized patients. Participate in the neurohospitalist service on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. Collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and experienced clinical staff. Coordinate care with specialty neurology teams, including epilepsy and stroke services. Contribute to the neurology division’s clinical practice. Pursue teaching and academic opportunities as appropriate.
