Senior Business Analyst - CMDB Authoritative Sources

In this role you will help ensure CMDB accuracy by validating authoritative sources and CI attributes for the DoD EITaaS program. You will translate government requirements into concrete CMDB integrations, focusing on automation, data quality, and cybersecurity, while coordinating MOUs and ICDs with system owners. You'll develop training and reporting materials to monitor CI data completeness and relationships, enabling a trusted enterprise IT service for USAF bases.

• Coordinate with Government to validate CI attributes and authoritative sources for CMDB
• Ensure CMDB data complies with PII and applicable standards
• Derive requirements and design integrations between authoritative sources and Axonius
• Document integration design in an ICD and coordinate MOUs/MOAs with source owners
• Design integrations to maximize automation while considering cybersecurity constraints
• Implement integration mechanisms (web services, direct connection, file transfer, import) with defined schedules or triggers
• Develop training materials for system owners based on ICD and MOUs
• Derive requirements for ServiceNow reports and dashboards to measure CI attributes and CI-to-CI relationships

• DoD Secret Clearance
• 12+ years of experience
• Bachelor in applicable field (substitution rule acknowledged)
• Experience with System Administration
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories and technical requirements
• Experience in analyzing data relationships across business areas
• Knowledge of SDLC, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, QA, and release management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
• ServiceNow w/CMDB experience supporting Asset Management
