Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Monitoring & Observability Engineer responsible for the administration, management, optimization, and support of enterprise monitoring platforms including Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, CA Spectrum, and Splunk . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and network devices while ensuring high availability, proactive alerting, performance optimization, and observability across the IT ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Dynatrace Administration & Support Manage and administer Dynatrace environments (SaaS/Managed). Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGates, and Extensions. Create and maintain monitoring policies, management zones, alerting profiles, dashboards, and custom metrics. Support cloud monitoring integrations for AWS, Azure, and GCP. Analyze application performance issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA). LogicMonitor Administration Configure and maintain LogicMonitor collectors and monitoring configurations. Create custom DataSources, PropertySources, EventSources, and dashboards. Monitor servers, network devices, cloud resources, databases, and applications. Monitoring & Observability Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions. Establish monitoring standards, governance, and best practices. Support automation initiatives using APIs, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities. Perform health checks, upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance.
