Overview
A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across multiple offices in all phases of litigation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing case files, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation.
  
• Support all stages of litigation, including case management and document organization.
  
• Manage and maintain electronic and physical case files.
  
• Assist with e-discovery processes and document review.
  
• Prepare and electronically file pleadings and court documents.
  
• Coordinate calendars, hearings, and deadlines.
  
• Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
  
• Experience with electronic court filings and litigation case management.
  
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
