  <b><i>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</i></b> <p><b>Primary Job Functions: </b></p> <ul> <li>Assists members with Auto Travel requests; offers club services </li> <li>Verifies key information with member and utilizes established procedures to record information necessary to fulfill service</li> <li>Determines member's information/service needs; explains products and services available to meet those needs</li> <li>Processes requests for travel routings, hotel reservations, and other auto travel services</li> <li>Qualifies the needs of members by asking appropriate questions and cross-sells travel related products and services (e.g. hotel, rental car); complies with established accounting procedures in handling such sales</li> <li>Must have knowledge of U.S. Geography to be able to counsel members on Triptik routings, points of interest, construction areas, road conditions, mileage, driving times, toll information, etc.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Recommends direct and alternate routes based on member's preferences, and provides local area directions</p></li> <li><p>Assisting members with the highest level of customer service</p></li> <li><p>Must be able to promote and sell land packages, travel money products, gift cards, and Employer Visa Card </p></li> <li><p>Logs, prepares, marks, binds and personalizes Triptik requests</p></li> <li><p>Maintains, orders, and files all Triptik materials, and other travel related information</p></li> <li><p>Fulfills requests for maps, TourBooks, CampBooks, and other materials.
