Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Expense & Operational Finance

In this Senior Manager role you'll lead finance transformation and operational finance initiatives to scale and improve efficiency. You will partner with executive leadership and FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, spend optimization, and control enhancements. The position focuses on implementing automation, standardizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights across procure-to-pay and expense operations. • Lead scalable finance operations with strong controls and service excellence
• Oversee Accounts Payable and expense management activities
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and robust controls across transactional finance
• Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies impacting service delivery
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and end-to-end workflow optimization
• Lead process reengineering to reduce cycle times and improve quality
• Standardize policies and workflows across teams/geographies
• Implement automation to boost productivity and scalability
• Partner with stakeholders to elevate service delivery and foster continuous improvement
• Collaborate with FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and planning
• Translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights and business cases
• Analyze cost drivers, headcount, vendor spend and operating metrics for optimization
• Enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics for better visibility
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from strategy to execution
• Oversee RFPs for finance systems and vendors, including vendor evaluation and executive presentations
• Manage external vendors and partners to ensure delivery and alignment with goals
• Support scalable operating models including shared services and global process alignment
• Drive change adoption with readiness, communication, and engagement around new processes and tech
• Develop IT/Finance collaboration for finance systems and digital workflows
• Define finance operations tech roadmap aligned to priorities and scalability
• Leverage data insights to improve decision-making and performance
• Support automation and AI-enabled tools where they add value
• Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Operations, and executives
• Provide proactive cost management, investment prioritization, and budgeting support

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, operational finance, FP&A or related leadership roles
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and systems implementations
• Proven ability to influence across functions and levels and drive results
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in process redesign, automation, analytics, and change management
• Experience with procure-to-pay, AP, and expense management
• Vendor management and experience leading RFPs and vendor selections
