Each conversation involves reviewing what is available, answering questions about coverage details, and walking clients through the enrollment process so they leave with a plan that fits their situation. What Your Days Look Like Most of your time is spent in scheduled appointments. You prepare by reviewing client information beforehand, then guide each meeting from introduction through paperwork completion. Between appointments you follow up with clients who need additional documents or have outstanding questions, and you coordinate with your team to keep cases moving. How You Get Started No prior insurance experience is expected. Training covers products, enrollment procedures, and client communication from the beginning.
