United Counseling Service of Bennington County seeks a Teacher Site Coordinator for our Pownal location. In this role, you will lead daily site operations, provide educational and supportive services to children, and help create a safe, therapeutic learning environment. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, families, and schools to support individualized plans, track progress, and coordinate resources. This position is ideal for someone who is mission-driven, organized, and passionate about improving the lives of children and families in the community. Coordinate daily operations and programming at the Pownal site to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children and families. Provide direct educational and supportive services to children, using trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate practices. Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, schools, and community partners to support integrated care plans. Monitor student progress, document services, and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Communicate regularly with caregivers, school staff, and internal teams to align goals and share updates. Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts, following agency protocols and seeking clinical support as needed. Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and resource allocation for the Pownal site. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and reporting requirements. Promote UCS’s mission, values, and inclusive, person-centered culture in all interactions.
