Finance Manager, WW Ops Finance - CF Support

In this Finance Manager role, you will partner with stakeholders to evaluate inputs, build analytical models, and automate planning modules across the US Fulfillment network. You'll translate data into clear financial narratives for senior leadership and drive scalable solutions that improve tools and processes. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to influence major business decisions. You will work cross-functionally to bring financial acumen into large-scale planning and decision-making, shaping the direction of the organization.

• Partner with finance stakeholders across the USCF network to evaluate inputs, build analytical models, and ensure outputs support strategic decisions
• Dive into complex data to deliver actionable analyses and narratives for senior leadership
• Identify opportunities and implement large-scale financial solutions to improve tools, technology, and processes
• Drive automation of planning modules by researching technical details, analyzing datasets, and building dynamic models
• Communicate finance topics clearly to enable informed decision-making and identify appropriate cross-organizational collaboration

• 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical field
• Bachelor in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• MBA or CPA (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
