Finance Manager , Amazon Leo Finance

In this Finance Manager role, you partner with Production Operations to govern multi-billion dollar production decisions and New Product Introduction end-to-end decision systems that feed financials. You will own strategy, governance, and inputs validation, shaping how data informs production choices at scale. You'll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment to drive cost optimization, efficiency, and data-driven decision making. This role offers impact through improving forecasts, schedules, and manufacturing requirements while delivering clear financial insights to senior leaders.

• Develop scenario analysis models for production decisions, manufacturing strategies, and cost-benefit analysis
• Provide Monthly Financial Review content and participate in MBR discussions with senior leadership
• Provide strategic guidance on cost optimization strategies and operational efficiency improvements
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation throughout financial planning cycles to enhance production efficiency
• Develop financial models for new concepts and production innovations to drive data-driven decision making
• Identify and implement synergies across production operations to maximize efficiency and reduce redundancies

• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, or eligible refugee/asylee status
