As Finance Manager for the US Seller Business, you drive insights to support the long-term success of selling partners. You will own topline analysis for the US 3P business and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic initiatives. You build forecasts, financial models, and metrics that inform decisions and operational efficiency. • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions for the US 3P topline.
• Develop and maintain metrics, reporting, and forecasts with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Build monthly forecasts and long-range plans for key topline metrics with auditable processes.
• Create financial models for cost-benefit analyses and business cases supporting new initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and influence strategic direction and efficiency.
• Prepare insights for leadership meetings and present findings to senior leaders.
• Support program success through data-driven reviews of topline growth and performance.

• 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy
