Finance Manager, Amazon Rapid Logistics

In this Finance Manager role within AMRL, you will shape financial strategy for high-growth SSD and related initiatives. You'll partner with operations to balance investment risks and profitability, driving capital planning, model-building, and strategic analytics. You'll influence cross-functional decisions and help design scalable financial solutions for the SSD network. • Build complex financial models to guide investment decisions for new SSD initiatives
• Lead capex planning and ROI analyses for expanding SSD network
• Define financial and non-financial trade-offs with business teams in ambiguous environments
• Identify data integrity issues and implement scalable financial solutions
• Participate in defining strategy and roadmap for key business initiatives
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Support knowledge sharing and best-practice documentation within Finance

• Bachelor degree in a related analytical field with 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in building financial models and delivering impactful analyses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining/reporting tools and financial systems
• Ability to forecast, budget, and perform variance analysis
