Finance Manager, Transportation Capex FP&A, NA Ops FCAP (Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning Finance)

In this role you will lead FP&A for a multi-billion dollar NA Ops business, driving planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support capacity initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across finance, engineering and tech to deliver reliable information, uncover efficiency opportunities, and influence strategic decisions. You will shape planning processes and develop rolling 3-year financial models. • Lead the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business
• Deep-dive variances vs. plan to identify opportunities for efficiency
• Lead cross-functional projects with finance, engineering and tech teams
• Develop strategic plans to improve processes, tools and analytics
• Leverage operations metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking operations and financials
• Identify risks, assess impact, propose and implement remediation actions
• Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance or related analytical field
