Finance Manager, Alexa 1P and Alexa Home Finance

In this role, you will provide financial oversight and strategic guidance to support Alexa 1P and Alexa Home initiatives, partnering with finance and business leadership to optimize budgets and measure ROI. You will build financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track performance against KPIs, influencing investment decisions and cost management. You will lead periodic reviews and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
• Partner with stakeholder teams to build financial models that evaluate campaign effectiveness and investment ROI
• Create monthly and quarterly financial reports analyzing performance against KPIs
• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reviews
• Identify opportunities to optimize investments in a dynamic environment
• Establish financial controls and approval processes
• Develop dashboards to visualize investment effectiveness and business drivers

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

• Builds trusted advisor relationships with business partners
• Translates complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
• Proactive in identifying spend efficiency opportunities
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
