Finance Manager, Amazon Robotics

In this role you drive financial modeling and analyses to support operational and functional leaders, enabling data-driven decisions at scale. You will lead regular forecasting and reporting cycles, partnering with Financial and Operations teams to translate insights into action. You'll tackle data quality, control improvements, and cross-functional collaboration while shaping scalable finance tools. This is a hands-on, ownership-minded role in a fast-paced, process-improvement driven environment with a strong impact on financial and operational excellence.

• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to inform decisions with minimal guidance
• Lead weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting, driving continuous improvements
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and propose robust controls to address risk
• Partner with stakeholders to manage priorities and guide responses during unexpected events
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale finance tools, processes, and reporting
• Understand data flows in financial platforms and establish a trusted data source for analyses
• Design and implement new reporting/modeling solutions and leverage large-scale data mining tools
• Mentor team members and contribute to hiring and development activities

• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/datasets for decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• MBA or CPA (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpretation of results
