    • Surgical Assistance:
      • Provide first assist in various hospital procedures with a strong emphasis on laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
      • Work independently in the operating room, ensuring that all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
      • Collaborate closely with surgeons to deliver high-quality surgical care, managing both pre-operative and post-operative care.
      • Patient Care:
        • Manage 2-3 patients per shift, providing thorough assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
        • Participate in both inpatient rounds, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
        • Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
        • Practice Setting:
          • Inpatient-focused role with no outpatient requirements, allowing you to concentrate fully on surgical and hospital-based care.
          • No call responsibilities, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
          • Work in a facility with a strong commitment to quality patient care and surgical excellence.Practice Details:
            • Work Schedule:
              • Full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10's).
              • Overtime applies after 40 hours per week, offering additional earning potential.
              • Hospital Environment:

                • Work with advanced surgical technology, including laparoscopic and robotic systems.
                • No requirement for hospital or surgery center privileges, streamlining your onboarding process.Requirements:
                  • Licensure: Must hold a current Washington state license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
                  • Board Certification: Required for this position.
                  • Certifications:
                    • BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
                    • ACLS, PALS, ATLS Not Required
                    • Experience: Significant experience with laparoscopic and robotic procedures is essential.
