Employment Litigation Associate to join a
national law firm with a strong and growing employment practice in Washington. This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated attorney to handle complex employment defense matters within a collaborative, well-respected team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
- A solid understanding of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience at a large defense firm or a boutique handling sophisticated employment cases.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills, with an emphasis on practical problem-solving.
The associate's practice will focus primarily on
employment litigation matters, including defending employers in single-plaintiff and multi-party disputes.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Membership (or pending membership) in the Washington State Bar.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $225,000-$330,000, depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and bonus eligibility.
