MN Custom Homes seeks a Director of Architecture Design to elevate aesthetic excellence and technical feasibility across luxury residential projects. You will drive scalable design systems, guardrails, and pattern libraries while aligning buyer insights and market expectations with company strategy.

You will lead a team of architects (6–9), collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and ensure design integrity from concept through execution, while managing costs and value engineering.
