PHYSICIAN - Hospitalist (Admitter) (Redmond)

We are seeking an adaptable, collaborative, team‑player hospitalist to provide top quality care in our 140‑bed facility located on the North Dakota–Minnesota border. This role works 12‑hour shifts, 24 weeks per year, with flexible scheduling.

• 20 full‑time hospitalists and NP support in a collegial team atmosphere.
• No procedures required.
• Closed ICU; two admitting services scheduled per day, seven days a week.

• Emergency Department admissions, consults, and direct admissions.
• Assist One Call/Hospital Supervisor team with transfers from outlying facilities.
• Provide 24/7 intensivist support as needed.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum one year of hospitalist experience or completion of a hospitalist fellowship.

Fargo, ND – centrally located, 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The service area includes 25 clinics and five hospitals, serving a community population of over 200,000.

$178.97 per hour, with potential for bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based compensation.
