Job Description:The Technical Product Manager is responsible for ensuring and providing timely, accurate, and consistent data to audience and modeling teams to support development and execution of customer-facing campaigns. Monitor data quality in production systems to ensure ongoing accuracy and readiness. Identify issues, determine impacts if any, and drive appropriate issue resolution via EIT and support teams while communicating to affected stakeholders. Where new data is required, perform end-to-end management of workstreams including requirements and sourcing, and testing and validation of EIT development to ultimately ensure data availability to support campaigns. Responsibilities: Understand customer and transaction data, as well as new digital and prosect data sources, to a level that enables you to convert Marketing Briefs into executable Direct Marketing segments. Support team with processing manual database requests to meet ad-hoc or special data requirements for campaigns. Work to identify and test new data sources, or feeds to help further targeting.Maintain data sources and audience integration with the Channel and Decisioning TeamStay abreast of information management trends and standards, master data management, data services, self-service business intelligence, metadata management, data quality, and data governance.Build & maintain Reference Model Architecture and Standards for communicating direction of Information ArchitectureUnify collections of data requirements for key data concepts across the organization.Maintain a view of data across business systems and highlight opportunities for progressive improvementArchitect, design and build data models with focus on Business Intelligence and Information Mgmt.Qualifications: Experience with enterprise level database systems such as Teradata, Oracle, SQ, as well as in Data Management Platforms, Advertising Platforms, etc.Fundamental understanding of intermediate Web technology including 1st and 3rd Party Cookies, Mobile Advertising IDs, Pixels, ID Syncs, etc.Intermediate understanding of database infrastructure and data communications. Strong communication and problem solving skills.Experience governing taxonomy and documentation.Experience gathering, interpreting, documenting and prioritizing requirements via process flows, use cases, wireframe/design annotations or other project artifacts as needed in a Product Manager or similar role.Experience writing and grooming user stories with acceptance criteria from inception to sprint team consumption.Intermediate exposure to using APIs and experience programmatically transforming text.Advanced understanding or experience with Segmentation practices including using nested clauses, AND/OR statements, exclusion conditions, regex, frequency/recency functions.Company Profile:As Americas Un-carrier, Employer US, Inc.
