Human Resources Business Partner

Extension Inc is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our client in West Allis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise senior leaders on HR strategies, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring, compensation, and pay equity initiatives.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership development.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Collaborate across functions to implement HR programs that enhance employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with progressive HR Business Partner experience. Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching. HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.

Pay: $45/hr
