Finance Manager

As Finance Manager you partner with Operations and Technology to guide financial planning, forecasting, and decision support for key initiatives. You lead a team of analysts, delivering actionable insights to business leaders and shaping investment cases. This role offers exposure to enterprise-wide projects and a path to senior finance leadership, contributing to the ongoing FP&A transformation. • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas
• Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives
• Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear and impactful presentations
• Review and approve financial analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while managing priorities and performance
• Ensure financial planning and analysis processes, controls, and documentation meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent amount of education and experience
• 7+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience
• Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders
• Leadership experience managing direct reports and developing team members
