Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager

In this role you act as the primary advisor to healthcare practices, owning the client relationship from origination to expansion. You will craft and present sophisticated credit structures and integrated financial strategies to fuel client growth within a large, matrixed bank. You'll drive new business, manage relationships with revenues up to $50MM, and coordinate across treasury, payments, and wealth management. The opportunity combines strategic advisory, credit judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to shape healthcare finance solutions.

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships (revenues up to $50MM)
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth via proactive business development, COIs, and healthcare industry networking
• Lead complex credit conversations and structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM (lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, CRE)
• Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, and Wealth/Advisory partners
• Maintain full client relationship accountability while coordinating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organization
• Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline balancing growth, profitability, and client experience
• Anticipate client needs by tracking healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Ten or more years of relevant experience
