Job Description Job Description Kitchen Manager – Sheboygan, WI Location: Sheboygan, WI | Salary: $50,000–$60,000 bonus | Full-time Self Opportunity Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a nationally recognized, high-volume steakhouse brand known for scratch cooking, hand-cut steaks, and fresh-baked bread made in-house every day. What you’ll do Run back-of-house operations, including prep, line execution, and ticket times Uphold recipe specs, food quality, and food safety and sanitation standards Control food cost through ordering, inventory, receiving, and waste tracking Hire, train, and schedule cooks, prep, and dish teams Partner with FOH leadership to deliver consistent results on busy nights What you bring 2 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment Strong command of food cost, inventory, and labor management Certified Food Protection Manager credential (or ability to obtain one) Calm, organized leadership under pressure Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & benefits $50K–$60K base bonus Company stock program and 401(k) with company match Medical (PPO, HRA, or HSA options), dental, and vision 2–4 weeks paid vacation based on tenure Company-paid life insurance plus short- and long-term disability 100% paid maternity leave, parental leave, and up to $10K in adoption/surrogacy assistance Up to $5,250/year in tuition assistance 30% dining discount Formal management training and a clear path to advancement Apply today.
