Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Weekend Cook to support our resident-first, resort-style senior community. In this part-time role, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner items to set menus, ensuring proper portioning, temperature control, and food safety. You’ll help with prep, plate presentation, and kitchen cleanliness while collaborating with dining staff to deliver timely, friendly service. Ideal candidates have line or batch cooking experience, strong organization, reliability, and a passion for hospitality and serving seniors in a warm, family-like environment. Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner to established menus and recipes Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature control at all times Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment and workstations Assist with food prep, portioning, and plate presentation Coordinate with dining staff to deliver timely meal service to residents Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment Follow dietary guidelines and resident preferences when applicable Support inventory rotation, labeling, and storage procedures Work scheduled weekend shifts reliably and punctually Contribute to a positive, resident-first and team-oriented culture Hot food preparation Batch cooking Food safety and sanitation Knife skills Menu execution Time management Kitchen equipment operation Inventory and prep management Allergen awareness Team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler Certification (preferred) ServSafe Food Protection Manager (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
