KinderCare seeks dedicated Teachers to join our West Allis learning center, supporting children’s growth from early childhood through preschool. In this role, you’ll create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, lead small-group and whole-class activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment. You’ll collaborate closely with families, share developmental progress, and partner with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities for early learners Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and positive behavior Assess and document children’s developmental progress Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and child progress Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom management Set up and organize classroom materials, learning centers, and routines Follow licensing regulations, health, and safety standards Participate in professional development and training sessions Support center events and family engagement activities Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development knowledge Lesson planning and documentation Parent communication Behavior guidance techniques Safety and supervision practices Basic technology skills for documentation and communication Collaboration and teamwork Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent credential preferred State-specific early childhood education certification, where applicable CPR and First Aid certification Background check and eligibility per state childcare licensing requirements5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
