Lead the quality team and maintain the IATF 16949 quality-management system at a precision manufacturing facility. Oversee audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, inspection and metrology processes, and continuous improvement in partnership with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers. Lead and develop quality engineers, technicians, inspectors, and other assigned employees. Own and maintain the IATF 16949 quality-management system. Lead internal, customer, certification, surveillance, and recertification audits. Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, returns, scorecards, and quality escalations. Oversee root-cause analysis, 8D investigations, and corrective and preventive actions. Support APQP, PPAPs, control plans, PFMEAs, SPC, MSA, new-product launches, inspection, metrology, calibration, CMM, and nonconforming-material processes.
