Perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing on castings using written inspection procedures. Prepare, process, clean, and demagnetize castings, and move products to and from testing operations. Complete required Level 1 certification testing within six months. Perform liquid penetrant operations, including dipping and processing castings. Perform magnetic particle operations on castings according to established procedures. Preclean and post-clean castings and demagnetize them after testing. Inspect castings using written procedures. Move castings and products to and from testing operations. Complete and pass required Level 1 certification tests within six months.
