As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
• Educating patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Need 1 year experience in setting
