Shifts & Pay

• Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift
• Pay Range: $18–$25+ per hour
  (Based on role, shift, and experience)

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary by role but may include:

• Operating machinery such as CNC equipment, press brakes, and fabrication tools
• Welding, fitting, and assembling metal components to specification
• Preparing surfaces through sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning
• Applying coatings and finishes in industrial paint environments
• Moving materials safely throughout the facility
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
• Supporting general shop operations and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Safety-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow

Certifications or specialized experience (CNC, welding, painting, etc.) are a plus depending on the role.
