Manager of Credentialing and Professional Education

The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) is seeking a Manager of Credentialing and Professional Education to support our globally recognized accreditation and education programs.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating complex programs, supporting learners and volunteers, and contributing to mission-driven work.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of AACD's Accreditation and Fellowship programs

• Coordinate exams, case submissions, education programs, and learning platforms

• Serve as a primary point of contact for credentialing candidates and learners

• Support online education, mentorship programs, and cohort-based learning

• Ensure compliance with continuing education standards and accreditation requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfort working with databases, learning platforms, and multiple stakeholders

• Experience in associations, education, credentialing, healthcare, or nonprofits preferred
