Client Services Coordinator (Sales Support) - Manitowoc, WI
Pay: $20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, flexible hours between 8am–5pm

Our client in Manitowoc is hiring a Client Services Coordinator (Sales Support) to support Sales and Key Account teams with order entry, account maintenance, and follow-up—helping ensure every customer order moves smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll do
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately (order entry / ERP)
- Track open orders and follow up with vendors and customers to confirm completion
- Support product research with suppliers and sales reps
- Communicate artwork/specifications, review proofs for accuracy and quality
- Send professional follow-up emails to existing customers
- Handle general administrative support (email, filing, documentation)
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, or admin
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities (fast-paced, detail-heavy work)
- Strong written and verbal communication + active listening
- Strong computer skills; MS Office required
- NetSuite experience preferred (or similar ERP/CRM systems)
