Production Specialist

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform quality inspections using tools such as calipers, height gages, and check fixtures
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in assembly line processes or production line troubleshooting
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
• Prior manufacturing or production experience, especially in a related industry

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or evenings as needed
