Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with possible OT on Fridays)

Safe, clean, team-oriented work environment
Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies with a focus on quality
Follow Operation Sheets and perform quality checks throughout the process
Flex between workstations and assist teammates as needed
Maintain production pace (takt time) after certification
Replenish Kanban inventory bins as needed
Use tools and equipment safely and according to ergonomic standards
Read and follow assembly drawings and instructions
Collaborate with team leads and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow
High School Diploma or equivalent (required to earn 12+ certifications)
Ability to meet expectations of our Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program
Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the day
Use of PPE and audiometric testing as required
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
