NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Assembly – Brillion, WI

Start at $20.00/hour on 1st shift with frequent Friday overtime (often mandatory based on production needs). If you like hands-on work and being part of a team that builds real products, this is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing with training provided.

Pay & Schedule

• $20.00/hour starting pay
• 1st shift (Mon–Thurs)
  • Plant 3: 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Plant 1: 4:45 AM – 2:45 PM
• Fridays: Overtime is common and may be mandatory depending on production needs
• 17 openings available (steady work + faster hiring)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
• Follow standard work and safety procedures
• Rotate and assist across stations to keep production moving
• Operate equipment as needed (training provided)
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals

What It Takes
Required

• Able to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Comfortable with repetitive motion (bending, twisting, reaching overhead, fine hand work)
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

• Assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand/power tools
