Shipping Associate (Box Clamp/Forklift)

Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $21.50-22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to support a busy manufacturing shipping department. This is an immediate opening due to an unexpected resignation and offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate has experience loading and unloading trucks, operating industrial lift equipment, and using a box clamp attachment or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate material handling equipment, including equipment with a box clamp attachment
• Operate gas and/or electric lift trucks
• Move, stage, and organize materials for shipping and receiving
• Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect products for damage
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other shipping and warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous box clamp experience preferred
• Experience operating gas and/or electric lift trucks preferred
• Prior shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
