This role primarily supports the Quality Control and Supply Chain teams through data management, process documentation, and inventory reconciliation. Additionally, this position serves at the front desk assisting with visitor check-ins and incoming calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Perform fast, high-accuracy data entry and updates across quality management tools and data collection software (e.g., WinSPC)
Document Control: Collaborate with quality teams to update, streamline, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control plans. Will also be using the scanner.
Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct cycle counts and perform inventory reconciliation specifically within the reject/non-conforming product area
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel
Proven track record of fast, accurate data entry and high attention to detail
Strong critical thinking skills and a solid grasp of basic manufacturing processes
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Systems & Tools: Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, SQL, or Visual Basic (VB)
Quality Standards: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO/IATF 16949 standards
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical prints/drawings
