Corporate Controller

Join a dynamic global organization as our next Corporate Controller, where your leadership will drive financial excellence across our international operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insight. With a team of 13 direct and indirect reports, your expertise will shape our financial health and facilitate seamless communication with large overseas teams. Location: Sheboygan, WI
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Required Skills:

• CPA certification preferred
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with a strong background in accounting rather than just finance
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with large international groups
• Expertise in cost accounting, general ledger management, and financial analysis

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with foreign subsidiaries and international compliance
• Familiarity with transfer pricing, tax regulations, and VAT
• Background in international audits and regulatory reporting
• Prior experience in trade receivables/payables management and treasury operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA highly valued
• 10+ years of progressive leadership roles in accounting or finance functions, ideally within a global business environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on-site at our location
• Ability to speak with and present to large international groups regularly
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple entities
