Client Partner - Media & Entertainment

Our client, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, is seeking a Full-Time Client Partner - Media & Entertainment to join their team. As a Client Partner - Media & Entertainment, you will be part of the Strategic Accounts Department supporting Business Development and Client Relationship Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Client Partner - Media & Entertainment

Location: New York or Los Angeles (MUST be local to one of these locations)

Pay Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000, with final compensation based on experience, industry expertise, track record of success, and overall fit for the role.

This position also includes an uncapped commission plan and additional performance-based incentives, offering substantial upside for individuals who excel at building client relationships and driving business growth.

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client relationships within the Media & Entertainment sector.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them through complex business and technology transformations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI, and managed services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account success through strategic initiatives and relationship management.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, or client relationship leadership within the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment value chain, including advertising sales, content operations, rights & royalties, and distribution.
• Experience developing and selling AI-enabled transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business growth.
