Lead global quality assurance, product integrity, and regulatory compliance across apparel and other product lines. Oversee quality systems, supplier audits, testing, factory certifications, product safety, and compliance programs while managing QA teams and driving continuous improvement. This headquarters-based role works in the office Monday through Thursday, with an optional work-from-home day on Friday. Develop and implement quality assurance and compliance strategies. Lead quality systems, inspection protocols, factory evaluations, and certifications. Ensure products and manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with suppliers. Manage supplier audits, scorecards, KPIs, chargebacks, and relationships. Lead and develop QA professionals and coordinate with product, sourcing, design, and logistics teams.
