Leads global quality assurance, product integrity and regulatory compliance across apparel and other product lines. Develops quality programs, oversees supplier and factory audits, manages product safety and compliance, analyzes quality performance, and leads QA teams in partnership with product development, sourcing and logistics. Develop quality assurance and compliance strategies aligned with company and customer expectations. Lead quality systems, inspection protocols, factory certifications and supplier evaluations. Drive continuous improvement and use quality data to identify trends, root causes and corrective actions. Oversee product testing, product safety protocols and compliance with applicable regulations. Manage supplier relationships, social compliance and environmental audit programs. Lead QA professionals and collaborate with product development, technical design, sourcing and logistics teams.
