We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Respite Provider to work with a young boy in the Eau Claire, WI area. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping the child thrive through consistent routines and gentle guidance. Wage: • $17.66/hourly Schedule: • To be officially discussed and determined between provider and managing party. • Seeking availability on days off school (i.e teacher workdays, holidays, or seasonal breaks) Tasks: • Care is to be provided at the community Boys & Girls Club. • Provide care and supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities. • Help build and practice social and communication skills. • Deescalate heightened behaviors and support emotional regulation. • Provide structured prompts to stay on toileting schedule. • Hang out and have fun! This kiddo enjoys: socializing with his friends at Boys & Girls Club, physical activities and learning new things!
