• An Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Operations, Business, or Industrial Hygiene, or 3-5 years of relevant experience, including chemical monitoring.
• Prior supervisory experience in sanitation for the Dairy, Food, or Beverage industry.
• Deep understanding of plant and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire your team.
• Expertise in SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), scheduling, and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
